This colourful, exciting and educational workshop seeks to acquaint children with different cultures around India and the rest of the world, both ancient and modern. The workshop includes breathtaking video and photo presentations that show off the wonders of the natural and man-made world, different dance forms, cuisines and attires from around the world, and various kinds of world music! The workshop also includes a super-fun dance class, interesting travel-related and theatre-based games such as Around the World in Sixty Minutes, tribal face-painting, and a feast that includes some favourite kiddie snacks from around the world!

The workshop will be conducted by Mr Shantanu Chand and Ms Shivani Tibrewala.

Mr Shantanu Chand heads Go Beyond Travels, one of the city’s most innovative travel agencies, specializing in customized travel to offbeat and exotic destinations. Widely traveled himself with a passion for Africa, Mr Chand seeks to enthuse children with a love for travel and adventure.



Shivani Tibrewala, writer-director-producer, heads the theatre group ‘No License Yet’. Childrens' Workshops, conducted by No License Yet help mould sensitive and caring young minds into tomorrow’s conscientious citizens, and fire up children’s imaginations, encouraging their creativity and natural expression. No License Yet conducts children’s workshops on the third Saturday of every month on subjects as diverse as creative writing, puppets, environment, poetry, travel, and leadership.
