This is not a workshop, but an explosion. Offering children a chance to reinvent the world. We use the performing and visual arts to spark something different inside of children, to start a whole new surge of ideas flowing through their minds, and to enhance Creativity, Concentration and Confidence. Through a series of mind-bending exercises which will challenge their notions of time and space and stretch their imaginations beyond all limits, children will be encouraged to start thinking 'out of the box'. Drawing upon elements from our cultural heritage such as the Navrasas and yoga, and combining these with contemporary performing and visual art techniques, children are invited to go beyond what is familiar and comfortable into unknown territory and find un-obvious ways of doing things. As they explore and experiment with new ways of expressing themselves, they will find themselves feeling more 'free' than they ever did before. This freedom will provide them with an energy and a zest for life that is priceless. Life can be an enjoyable, exciting adventure - why not let it unfold?
